the Prison outreach Program was first established by the case Rouser V. White which established the recognized practice of WICCA in the CDC with help and sacrifices of Rev. Patrick McCollum. They established the practice, taught those to build circles & William created a system for prison circles.
Other people who deserve recognition:
With the help of Barbara McGraw, Starhawk and others the practice spread & a sympathetic judge to protecting Constitutional rights the Late Honorable Lawrence K. Karlton A preliminary injunction was established.
Our Plans:
we are working on establishing a transitional housing for those being released. we will also be engaging in fund raising for the Domestic Violence Program. We will be creating revenue generating programs to continue to finance the program. i would like to reiterate we teach energy we do not tell you who is right or wrong.
